I honestly have a hard time putting it into words how thankful I am for how Chris has guided me through my recovery. I was just a number to my last physical therapist, they did the bare minimum to just get me back to par. Chris re-assesed me every appointment to see how my recent activities are negatively effecting me and would give me new exercises and stretches to improve my particular lifestyle. Great conversations too! I looked forward to all of my appointments and am a bit sad that I am done. – J.H.
